1.) The NON-refundable deposit will be deducted from your price total. There is a $15.00 late fee after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes you must reschedule your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please communicate your tardiness upon arrival, because if you are running late and have not told me I will assume you are not coming and move to next client
2.) You will receive a "Confirmation Text" with location at the number you provide the Tuesday of your appointment week. You MUST reply within 6 hours to confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being automatically canceled (NO EXCEPTIONS & NO REFUNDS.) For those who ask to reschedule, your payment is valid for 30 days with one chance to reschedule (you MUST opt to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You can NOT reschedule multiple times on one deposit.)
3.) Please be aware that I only send confirmation texts out the TUESDAY of your appointment week so you can NOT schedule after MONDAY NIGHT for the CURRENT week. If you take this chance, you will NOT have an appointment. Funds will NOT be refunded and I can't be held accountable.
4.) Be advised that all company must wait in designated area, NOT my personal styling area. Also, NO children are permitted without being serviced.
5.) All payments are made in FULL once seated. Due to unfortunate events, CASH is the only form of payment. Please try to bring exact change (unless you're tipping, lol.)
